Delivery and Returns Policy
All goods will be delivered by Australia Post. You will be notified the exact cost of shipping and handling after the receipt of your order depending upon your location and the service you require. We don't deliver internationally yet.
Delivery times depends on the location of the address provided but generally takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Please note that goods might take more time to reach to rural areas.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with the purchased goods, we will replace or exchange any goods purchased as long as they are received by us within 30 days of your original order being placed.
We will accept the goods if they are reusable, in the original condition, without any stain, mark or tears and all the labels are intact and in place. We can only exchange the sold goods unless faulty. Despite of all due care taken, if you receive a faulty item, we will refund, repair or replace it as per your wish.
To return the items please request the return form giving reason for returning. Then send the completed return form to the address stated on the form with the items to be replaced in a secure packaging. We recommend using a traceable and insured postal service because we will not be responsible for lost return parcels.
When we receive the returned goods we will check them within 5 working days and will keep you updated sending emails, confirming the receipt and process of the refund.
