Avni Pattern Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline the order. We also reserve the right to supply less or part quantities without prior notice. All orders are subject to the clearance of payment and stock availability. We may require additional information before accepting the order.
While every care is taken in the development and review of products and services, Avni Pattern Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. In the event of any discrepancy or error, Avni Pattern Solution's liability is therefore limited solely to the remuneration paid to Avni Pattern Solutions by the customer. In no event shall Avni Pattern Solutions have any responsibility or liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of any error.
The delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. Avni Pattern Solutions cannot be held accountable for any late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. The byer is responsible for inspecting the goods for faults and notifying us and receiving a return confirmation within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Avni Pattern Solutions will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please check your shipping and billing addresses before submitting.
We make every effort to display the product as accurately as possible but make no guarantee for the small discrepancies in colour or so.
